Cher doesn’t coach much during the workout and to compensate they’ve added voiceover at some difficult moments to help push through. When Cher does add commentary during the workout, it’s witty and lightens the room.
Mood:
Do this workout when you want a targeted and difficult class that is lower impact and graceful. Cher will capture your attention with the varied and unexpected moves that won’t get boring or allow you to zone out.
Summary:
This is a focused and targeted workout designed by Keli Roberts without breaks, meant to firm and burn. Very strategic in the moves and transitions, just when you can’t take the burn any longer you’ll move onto another muscle set or a minor reprieve of an easier move before getting back to the burn. At times there’s an elegance to the moves that will make you feel like a ballerina. The time goes quickly - you won’t feel stuck in endless rep counts and it’s not too complicated to master on the first try. Good warm-up and thorough cool down with satisfying stretches.
Find the fashion!
Cher brings her iconic style to the workout room and it does not disappoint.
Her suspenders, white tank, and lace-trimmed biker shorts with belt look is overdue for a comeback.

Or rock a black sports bra with lace, halter neck, high neck or zipper (like Keli’s).
